A convenience store is not only providing access to authentic Polish goods that are otherwise hard to find, it has become a gathering place for the Polish community and a cultural hub where people can connect with their heritage.

Yoggi Delicatessen, in Queens Parade, Newcastle-under-Lyme, has also introduced many non-Polish residents to the rich flavours and traditions of Polish cuisine, fostering cultural exchange and understanding.

The store, which recently celebrated its 13^th anniversary, sells fresh meat, dairy, baked goods and speciality items imported directly from Poland.

Yoggi Delicatessen has been nominated in the Small Business of the Year category of the University of Staffordshire Business Awards by Tomasz Putynkowski.
